ACF MN Easter Retreat at Wapo Bible Camp is back after the COVID-19 hiatus.
Our annual Easter Retreat has become a no-miss event for many of our members since it was introduced over 27 years ago. It is usually in the weekend of Easter, from Good Friday evening to Easter Sunday afternoon and holds in the serene lakeside of the Wapogasset Lutheran Bible Camp, Amery Wisconsin. Attendance has oscillated between 125 – 175 comprising families, young adults and adults. We have had participants from neighboring states like Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois and the Dakotas. Each year we invite a seasoned minister to bring the word of Resurrection to us.

Africa Day of Prayers
Africa Day of Prayer is an annual prayer gathering. The objective is to challenge African Christians to seek the face of God concerning Africa. In the midst of many difficult challenges facing Africa, we are reminded of God’s promise to Solomon in the book of 2nd Chronicles chapter 7 verse 14, which says, “If my people who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sins, and heal their land”.
Africa Day of Prayer (ADP) is generally scheduled for the 3rd Saturday of October each year. Although, the event is hosted by the African Christian Fellowship (ACF), many African Churches in the community are involved in the planning and implementation of the prayer events.

These conferences are usually during the 4th of July week. Actual dates and venues are decided well in advance so that members can plan for them.

Purpose (Vision)
The Young Adult (YA) Ministry operates under the African Christian fellowship and was established to cater to the needs of Young Adults defined as adults in college, college graduate/new career (Post-college) age group by building relationships and outreach activities
