ACF Minnesota Building Plan

Vision: To acquire an ACF Minnesota building facility that will serve a multi-purpose functions and also generate income for the Chapter.

Goal: The goal is to obtain a building facility that can accommodate the fellowship functions and also bring some income to the fellowship.

Rationale

  • ACF Minnesota needs a building to hold conferences, retreat, meetings and training
  • ACF needs an income generating type of building/property

Potential Building type

Building could be new or existing property. The choice of building will be based on the need of the fellowship, cost and location of such property at the time of purchase.

  • Conference, Retreat, Vacation Bible School, youth programs, etc.
  • Regional Office
  • Chapter Meetings/office
  • Community center
  • Rent or lease to others

Building Purchase/maintenance cost

  • Total mortgage recommended $1, 000,000.00
  • Down payment (10%) $100,000.00

Recommended funding strategies (Goal is to raise $50,000 a year for down payment)

Securing ACF facility where we can fellowship, develop programs and services tailored to meet the needs of our children, youth and young adults is very important to us. Our goals as a fellowship include preparing our children and youth to become responsible citizens and future leaders. We intend to develop programs that can foster unity among families and strengthen relationship across cultures. To do this, we need a stable and permanent location or facility.
